From AI prototype to production
AI tools like Lovable, Bolt and Cursor let you build an app over a weekend. Making it secure, stable and ready for paying customers is a different job. That's the job I do.

[01]Who it's for
You built an app with an AI tool, and now real users and real data need to go into it.
You're not sure whether login, access rules and API keys are set up properly.
The app works, but every new change from the AI breaks something else.
You want to take payments, send emails or connect other systems and don't know where to start.
You're about to show the app to investors or customers and need to know it holds up.
Sound like you?

The goal isn't to throw your prototype away. It's to keep what works and fix what's dangerous.
[03]Audit
Before I change anything, I review the app. You get a report you can use whether or not you continue with me.
AI-generated code often looks right and works in the demo. The problems tend to hide in the same places: access rules that let users see each other's data, API keys in the browser, missing validation and no plan for what happens when something fails.
The audit gives you a prioritized list of what must be fixed before launch, what can wait and what it will cost. I can then do the work, or you can take the report to another developer.
Login, access rules, secrets and database security policies.
Data model, backups and what happens to personal data.
Error handling, logging and the flows that must never fail.
Build on it, clean it up or rebuild parts. With a price for each option.
[04]Process
A short, well-defined process that takes you from uncertainty to a plan, fast.
20 minutes, free. You show me the app and tell me what it needs to do and who will use it.
I review the code, database and setup and deliver a prioritized report with recommendations and pricing.
I fix the critical issues first: security, data and payments. Then structure and tests around the key flows.
The app goes live with logging and backups. If you want help afterwards, we continue on a maintenance plan.

The audit is a well-defined piece of work at a fixed price. The work that follows is priced from the report, so you know the bill before we start.

[06]Stack
I work in the stack your app was built with, as long as it can handle production. If it can't, I'll suggest a way forward.
[07]FAQ
Usually apps built with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor or similar, as long as the code can be exported to a repository. If you only have access through the tool, we'll look at it together on the intro call.
Rarely all of it. Large parts can often be reused, and the dangerous parts fixed. The audit tells you honestly what's worth it.
I can't say without seeing the code. Some of the most common problems are access rules that let users see each other's data and secret keys exposed in the browser. Both get checked in the audit.
Yes, but carefully. Once the app is in production, I recommend version control, tests and code review, including for the code the AI writes. I can help you set that up.
Then you'll hear it from me. An honest assessment now is cheaper than launching something that falls apart. The report is yours, even if you choose a different route.
Write a few lines about the app and what it needs to do. You'll hear back within 1 business day, and then we set up an intro call.
Send a link or a short description of the app. You'll get an honest take on what it will take.
